SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
We do our best to get your goodies out the door as quickly as possible!
We endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days, however please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 2 - 8 business days
Shipping times don’t include processing — but we’ll always do our best to send your order out quickly. Currently we do not offer express shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia.
For orders under $150 your shipping cost will be dependent on the items your purchase.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Sometimes deliveries can take a little longer due to things outside our control — like postal delays, holiday periods, or rural delivery routes.
If your order is time-sensitive, please email us at bateauandco@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
LOST PARCELS
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.
While we take great care packing each order, Bateau and Co can’t take responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you’ll need to get in touch with Australia Post to lodge an investigation.
If your parcel comes back to us because the wrong address was entered, we can resend it — the reshipping cost will just need to be covered by the customer.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders make sure you don’t miss out on our most-loved pieces!
Estimated arrival times are listed on each product page, and payment is taken upfront to secure your item.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock pieces, we’ll send everything together once the pre-order arrives. If you’d prefer the in-stock items sooner, just email us at bateauandco@gmail.com — we can arrange a split shipment (a small extra postage cost will apply).
